EMAT Thickness Gauge UT-04 EMA (Delta) enables reduction of time and cost by a several fold factors that is especially important for measurment in restricted zones such us nonoccupied area of nuclear power plant.


In the end of 2017 special modification of EMAT thickness gauge for continuous measurements up to 500°C  was developed and successfully tested by Special Scientific Engineering and Delta Test. 

Two types of probes for measurements of hot surfaces with air-cooling:


Roller carriage with B-scanner, thickness measurements and profile chart drawing simultaneously

 Fast in-line scanning of hot surfaces (up to 500°C, continuously) is available with a new EMAT transducer with air-cooling. Results of scanning can be exported as a chart, excel file or any supporting format to PC or laptop.
